If you and your partner both are clean, then it's impossible for one of you to get a disease from another.
It's not like diseases start randomly generating when you have sex ;)

If you and your partner were virgins when you started sexual activity, then I agree with the post above that diseases don't spontaneously appear. However, there are several types of STDs that do live in mouths and throats, and you and your partner should always be examined and tested for STDs if you both have had other partners. You have to be completely open to your doctor about your sexual practices so that the right kind of tests and exams can be performed.
