I finally started college today!

Yup, I started college today :D It was fukkin brilliant :) It started off with being told what I was going to be doing for the year. Then I was taken into class and started on my key skills work. Then as I had nothing to do for 2 hours I went home for lunch (and got fucking soaked in the process!) Then went back to college after that, and we were in the garage area to do some practical work. Me and Vicki worked together (I know her from school) and that was a good luagh :)

Hmm Key skills, which one comms or Numeracy?

It's stuff like "A company wants to expand the par park for their warehouse. Find out the external sizes of 5 different estate cars, insert your findings into a graph and use this information to help you work out the size the parking spaces should be" Then it goes a bit more in-depth like working out the best van for the company. For example I'd have to compare MPG, cost, storage cpacity and depreciation etc.

I think it's abit different to our key skills in which the college that i go to.

Motor vehicle mechanics. I only started today because I'm doing an apprenticeship lol.
