dell optiplex gx280

my friend claims his optiplex gx280 has dual p4 proccys in it

i just think he has HT on and its showing two virtual proccesors but he insists there are two physical proccys in there

does ANY optiplex gx280 have SMP support?

EDIT: wtf? device manager shows three with hyperthreading on yet the performance tab shows two
