Well, this is how the story goes... maybe it was real. Or maybe I was just hallucinating again from the pills. Who knows, but regardless, this really freaked me out for some reason.

I don't know what time it was. But at some point during the night when I was alone in the ER with no means of entertaining myself, some foxy little butterface blonde who looked no older than me walks up to the desk and asks about... having an abortion. The nurse tells her she'll have to wait because the surgeons are upstairs - and she also says she's not sure about turning the ER into an abortion clinic. Regardless, after a short while two men carrying an assortment of weird looking tools stride in and after briefly talking to her they usher her into a side room. I am not sure how much time passed, but I remember a lot of voices coming from that room, and I heard screaming. Then I heard what sounded like a vacuum cleaner or something, accompanied by more screaming... then silence. During this whole time I remember there was a boy standing out in the main area with others saying stuff like "Sorry about your baby, man." Then the door opened and the next thing I remember the two abortionists were talking with the ER doctor that was there that night and three nurses hustled the girl off.

For some reason this really bothered me a lot. I always thought I was hardcore pro-choice, but I suppose deep down I really do hate the idea of people slaughtering unborn children...

Needless to say, I didn't sleep much that night. I couldn't get it out of my very heavily drugged mind.

So... everyone, are you pro life, or pro choice, or are you not really sure? I know I'm not...

I'm pro choice in all circumstances, as long as its done early in the pregnancy.

We've already gone into this sadly it didn't end well. So I'm saying I'm on the fence. You get raped or sexually assualted; Abort. You have sex and not be protected; Keep it.

One can be both pro-life and pro-choice. I know many people who are horrified by the idea of abortion and would never have one themselves, but are still pro-choice because they do not wish to impose that personal moral choice on others.

Personally, I am pro-choice, because in addition to the above idea of not imposing my morals on others, I have yet to see a strong argument that fetuses are distinct lives (at least before the age of viability), which is the criterion I use to distinguish life that is sacred from life that is not.

After the age of viability, I am in favor of legislating removal of the child and adoption as a legally required alternative to abortion (except in cases where such removal would threaten the mother's life significantly more than abortion).

Pro Choice, as long as it is quite early.

Pro-Choice
But I highly frown upon 3rd term abortions,
Unless there are circumstances to it.

Besides that, women have worked so hard for equal rights,
So why put restrictions on their bodies?
It just pushes them back down a level.

I am pro-choice.

I do despair that kids are getting pregnant, but making abortions less available isn't going to address that issue.

PLEASE DO NOT NEG REP ME FOR THE FOLLOWING, MANY PEOPLE HAVE THEIR OWN VIEWS AND OPINIONS!!!

I am mostly half and half on this issue, because I have never knew anyone who has had an abortion, and I don't think about this much. I don't run up to kick people who have had an abortion, nor do I protest against it. I guess people gotta do what they gotta do.

I'm unsure,

I simply don't care. I put pro choice, because well, we're all free to make our own decisions, and I don't think we need to be any more restricted than we already are. People do things, regardless of their legality, this is something that should remain legal, for the sake of the people, though it is true that statistically not that many more people die from illegal abortions compared to legal abortions [and both numbers are surprisingly higher than you'd think].

I'm pro-life. I just can't bring myself to support killing a little baby. Even if it is unborn.

I've known people to have had an abortion, and if for any reason I ever get a girl pregnant without us being married, I would gladly raise the kid. I don't think I could live with myself knowing my child was murdered, even if it wasn't my decision.

Think of the risks of abortions being illegal. If they were made illegal, people would go ahead and have illegal abortions and risk dying themselves. We would see more dead babies and mothers, than we currently see with legal abortions [by far]. Also keep in mind that nowadays, despite advancements in technology, many babies die before they're even close to being born, around the time they're being born, and postpartum.

That is a bullshit reason...If you can use that reason, then I can use the "it could be the next Einstein or Lincoln" excuse. Complete bullshit.

Pro choice and the father should have no say in the abortion. He is not carrying around a child for 9 months and it's considered very improper for a single mom (likely these two aren't married) to be doing all the work for this kid she doesn't even want.

Although I am pro choice, I agree
Although you must admit many people have used that excuse on the other side also. But both are bull shit.

Saying what they could be has nothing to do with what they are.
