yes/no..sometimes.... depends on how long the forskin is but for me no, i mean my forskin can be over the urethera and i can still pee but it helps to have the forskin buled back...

i don't. it depends. like if you have an infection of the urethra(signaled by a burning sensation when you pee) you have to pull the foreskin back.

I dont however sometimes urine might linger under the foreskin so I normally pull it back.
