bit of excess skin?

I was wondering if it's normal if you're cut to have a small bit of excess skin about of a third of the way down, only a few millimeters long and about 1 millimeter wide. It's not much of a problem except sometimes it gets a bit painful from jacking off.

ummm, im not sure i can get the picture of what your saying. theres skin on your head when your circumcised? ummm, use lots of lube. sorry i cant help to much.

and i guess the doc didn't cut enough off when he circumcised you. or the skin somehow grew back. im not sure.

it's just a little nub of skin about a third of the way down the penis

it's probably just some extra skin growing in anticipation of your penis getting bigger
