Ok im getting good with the computer but how do i resize pics?

ok i want to resize this picture for my sig

or is it already the right size

The easiest way would probably be to put it in a paint program, select the whole thing, and then go to menus up top and find one that says "Image" or "selected" and in there should be an option that says "resize".
