Assuming you are a naturally heavy built person like myself, the best thing to do it eat right, as in like, NO junk food, chips, etc. And excercise at least an hour a day of good cardio work out. Whether this be walking, jogging, swimming, biking, its all good.
Also, since you're only 14, remember your body will hopefully grow taller thus stretching you out.

Make sure you do something you enjoy, you will lose more weight and enjoy it. If you do something you hate you are more likely to give up or not be bothered.

When I say heavy built I mean like, braod shoulders, not meant to be skinny. A naturally big guy. But as I said, biking and swimming would be best fro you because jogging can hurt heavier people's (aka me) joints. But biking doenst have that constant banging on my knees. And swimming is weightless. And eat well!

ever sence a crash on a bike when i was nine i havent been on one in a long time, i dont like to swim becuase every time i do people make fun of me =( Now eating, eating healthy is something i can do and my mom plans on helping me with it. We have a tread mill in our basement but we are moving some stuff around right now and i cant use it. I tend to like to walk but we stopped doing that when my mom and dad split up about a mounth ago. I love playing sports and stuff in school and im good at things like kickball and dodge ball.

Well bust that treadmill out if you can. Also, you need to make sure you not only eat healthy, but eat healthy portions. And only three meals a day with maybe one small snack. Healthy food is just as bad in big amounts.

Yeah i understand the hole only eat when you should thing. I think thats what got me to this place in the first place. My dad is home now and im going to go ask him when we can move the treadmill this weekend or sooner. First we gotta move the train layout to my dads old office then we gotta move the storage selves out of the room where the treadmill is going and then move the treadmill over. But first we need to finish clearing out my dads old office

It's actually better to eat 4-5 small meals, rather than three large ones.
