i was wondering how many people on this forum have had/have gynaecomastia. i would like to know:

how long did u have/got gynaecomastia?
whats ur race?
when did u noticed it was going away?
after how long it started to go away?

Its an increased development in of the breast tissue in the nipple and is sometimes referred to the slang name 'man boobs'

It's caused by a temporary imbalance in sex hormones. Normally it will go away within a few months time or maybe a year or two.

I have read that rubbing prepH on your nipples shrinks the tissues making it much smaller and also keep certain foods out of your diet and only eat natural foods.
