I share some of my body detail here (I use the Asian format detail because I don't have pound or feet here:D):
Weight: 66Kilos
Height: 175Cm
Do think it is good enough? I have all my body muscle built but not too muscular just enough and to look smooth. The only thing now after I exercise to get fairly enough muscle now I got too clear six pack (I don't know how to describe). I don't want too muscular six pack! I love my body to be smooth and I need to keep exercise to keep my body stat but my six packs keep getting more clear and not so smooth in my stomach area. Here is a list of my 1 hour daily exercise:
-Running 30 mins on running machine
-Weight lifting (The one that you lied on the floor and push thing up) to improve my chest muscle 10 mins.
-Some misc exercise like push up, sit and stand, and jumping for 20mins.
What should I reduce so my six packs can't become to clear. I just need smooth body. Should I eat more but I afraid I gain overall weight. Now I get smooth body except that six pack! What can I do?

Soo.. that's 5'9 and 140 pounds(ish) [note: that's normal]

I think you're fine really. How much are you eatng then? It takes time to build up mussle, so if you've started recently, give it time

Hmm! What I mean I got all the muscle I want but the six packs are too much! What exercise I need to reduce it! For me my daily food are fish, salad, oyster, and noodle. I lazy to cook much food. Some days I eat fish with salad some day I eat oyster. I rarely eat beef nor pork unless I go home in the countryside with my family.

Okay, i think i know what you're talking about (i think, your grammar is odd)

crunches{situps} can help with abdominal mussles, most weights won't. that's all i can sugest. and eat more fruits and vegtables

You should not just bench press for 10 minutes. You do reps and sets.

To maximize muscle mass, you want to put enough weight on so that you can push out 10-12 reps. That means you can only lift it 10-12 times before you have to stop. And you that for 4 sets, which means you do it 4 times.

You never want to just lift for a few minutes. You want to do reps and sets. To maximize muscle mass (to get bigger muscles) you want to get less reps. To tone muscles (gives your muscles more stamina and make then harder) you want less reps.

Just stick with something like running if you don't want to get a six pack. It'll keep you completely fit but unless you run in excess you won't get too much muscle.

hmm! So you mean only running? Then my whole muscle would be losen! I just want average muscle not too muscular or too soft!

For what you want (reduction of your six-pack) you only have to change your exercise program a little. Stop doing the bench press and sit-ups/crunches (if you do them at all). These build muscle and so by cutting them out your muscles won't continue to become more visible.

If you keep exercising then you will continue to burn energy and so won't have to worry about gaining weight. Any form of exercise will do you good. Running, swimming, cycling, football and things like this will all have the same effect.

I can swim! Say I heard some of friend say swimming keep you all in the average shape! Is that really true. If so I will have another hour to swim in the morning too!

Yes, swimming is very good for keeping you in shape. You just have to make sure you don't eat loads afterwards because it really does make you really hungry.

i swim competitavly.. yeah, actually it does. Because the water creates resistance, but it's not majorly huge enough to make you 'bulk up' (and the fact that if you swim, you want to be streamlined, which is why some girls look more flat chested in their suits than in regular clothes)

So you mean it's really make me hungry? Hmm! I don't notice that much! How about eat and then swim! What do you think?

Yeah that actually works. It's a myth that you have to wait an hour, don't listen to anyone who says otherwise, because i eat literally 15min before a practice, and swim fine.

It's hard, no joke, but you will slim down without bulking up

Try eating more fat in your diet, but why wouldn't you want a six pack? hope I helped!

According to my weight lifting teacher the real trick to getting a muscular six-pack is to have low body fat - almost anything that excercises the stomach (including doing the bench press) actually gives anyone a six-pack, but most people have too much fat on their stomach to see it. Seafood and salad are very good things for people to eat if they don't want a lot of body fat, but if you don't want muscular abs then you're going to want at least a little more body fat which means you should eat larger meals and add things that are higher in calories like breads, potatos, and anything with olive oil.
