The scripts that FlashChat runs are pretty beastly. My suggestion would be to update your OS, browser, and Flash.
By the way, this is not an error, this looks to be a warning. It's just telling you that it's intensive and might bog things down.

Ok, something weird about that. I couldn't even access the VT forums on chrome. But on Firefox, yes...

This webpage is not available.
The webpage at http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/index.php might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload (http://www.virtualteen.org/forums/index.php) this web page later.
View a cached copy of the web page from Google (http://www.google.com/search?q=cache:http%3A%2F%2Fwww.virtualteen.org%2Fforums%2Findex.php)
Hmm... that's what I got.

I've been using Google Chrome to visit and work on Virtual Teen for at least a week (maybe more) now. It works great for me. The only downside is that I am having some trouble with the FlashChat software - I can still chat, but I just can't see a background, change rooms, or change my status.
Anyway, I doubt that it's Firefox causing something with FlashChat. That looks like a warning that came from either Windows Vista or Adobe Flash directly. That's why I recommend updating everything. But like I said, it's just a warning, and you can disregard it if your system is just being extra safe.

Chrome isn't having issues for me on either of the two computers I use regularly, just so you know.

I know that it works fine for some people and doesn't for others. The browser is still in it's 0.2 version, which is very beta. Different versions of different drivers on different operating systems on different computers could be causing differences. I'm sure that Google isn't concerned with minor set-backs until they fix other things, such as fixing misinterpretation of certain layouts and styles mixed together.
