I am sorry, but we cannot say when you will see larger advancements into puberty. Everyone develops at different rates and so it is impossible to tell. It will happen though.
Try to relax. At the end of the day, the rate at which you progress through puberty doesn't really matter. You can be comfortable in your own skin even if you are a late developer.

Well, Juniors are 16-17 correct?
Seeing as you have barely [or not at all] started puberty, you should probably see a doctor. Just to make sure ;)
Other than that, no one can guarantee anything, and we really can't give you confidence, you have to accept yourself, and be OK with yourself.

If the doctor said that you were fine then it is just because you are a late developer. Calm down, stop comparing yourself with others and accept yourself for who you are, not what you look like.

Agreed.
Worded perfectly.
Definitely stop comparing yourself to others, and quit hating life just because your late going into puberty. Be happy :D

Don't worry about it
If a girl actually likes you, and your both ready, she shouldn't care about how far you are in puberty.

If you don't want to do anything sexual then you shouldn't feel pressured. Just say that you aren't ready and she would understand. There isn't a reason why this should stop you from asking a girl out or anything.

Well, if the doc said you're OK, then you're OK. Give it time.
I think maybe you might be too competitive here, puberty isn't a competitive event, it's biological. There's not much you can do to alter the speed of it. I suspect you're probably a competitive person in general, maybe you can channel this drive ointo other things that you do have some control over, like your grades or chess.
Girls aren't always as focused on the things that you might be, your physical development is merely one small part of who you are. As you've remarked, you're good looking, so that works for you. 'Fooling around' is something that's not yet on the horizon just yet, why not deal with the positives in your life and feeli good and confident about those things first?

In light of your doctor saying that you are fine, then you are simply a late bloomer who unfortunately has to wait until your hormones kick into full gear. Look on the bright side; at least you don't have a testosterone deficiency as that would require you to go through very expensive treatment to get your body working normally.
With your being a junior and being the runt of the litter there is no question that your current size is a major ego buster. If this means anything, I had one cousin exactly like you who was pretty small well into his junior year, but beginning his senior year and going into his first year in college he really grew a lot and is actually quite big now. There are kids who might be really small during their last year of high school who many times end up becoming quite big because puberty started late for them. Puberty is a 4-5 process for most folks, and if you have just started now, then you will experience growing and changes into your early 20s. My feeling is that in a lot of ways growing later does have its advantages in that you are at an age where you completely understand the changes happening to you and know what to expect. It is hard for a 12 year old who might still be very juvenile to suddenly achieve sexual maturity and gain rapid body growth yet still not have the mental capacity to full understand such changes.
Long story short, you are not any less masculine or worthy than other guys out there. As for the girl situation, women are most concerned about attitude and how a guy treats a girl. If you are a really good, caring guy, then you will really have no trouble meeting a girl once she gets to know you.
As for the whole sex story thing, in high school many guys outright lie or embellish their experiences, and I would not be surprised if most of them are simply showing off.

Why be afraid? You never know whether or not a girl might not care - or even whether she might actually find you looking younger to be even more attractive. (It sounds attractive ;))
Just act naturally and don't be self-conscious.
