Control you so much!
Is there any way [any easy way] to go past the pop ups like "Cannot delete ______ it is being used by another person or program"?
Its so freaking annoying.
Or stupid crap like "Access denied"
Wtf? Its my computer, how can i get denied?!

Do you have Vista or XP?
Vista is programmed to think that it knows what's best for the computer and as a result of that, you (the user) have significantly less control than with XP.

The reason behind the pop ups telling you that you can't delete something because it is in use is so that you don't disrupt the program that is using it. Surely things could get messy if you did.

Hmmm well they are useless pieces of junk.
And i try deleting it a few times.... And every time its a different thing in use.
Then after like 5 tries it deleted perfectly. Weird? Yes. Lol.

Not that weird. If you delete a file that a program is using, you'll most likely crash the program and mess up your RAM, which is why Windows says no. Similar things happen on most other operating systems.

I mean I dont do anything else, I just repeatedly try to delete
Nothing else, no ending of processes. Its like XP decided it was OK to delete all of the sudden.
Also, they are NOT important files, like random screenshots i have taken, or images i made.

Congratulations. You most likely have a virus or malware of some sort.

Try Avast (http://www.avast.com/) and MalwareByte's Anti Malware (http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php).

There's nothing wrong with AVG. Ever since version 8.0 it's been brilliant. I download all sorts of stuff and I never have a problem. It usually picks it up either before I oopen it or before it even finished downloading.
If you ever have problems like that in the future and you can't delete a file, try it in safe mode.

You may not have a virus. No XP may have not decided it would just delete. sometimes when you run something it will do what it is meant to or get halfway and then hang. after a while it may just terminate itself. or windows will terminate it itself if it is not responding and taking up system resources. have you done a spyware scan? Spyware acts like that sometimes chances are that if it deletes then it has infected something else Spybot Search And Destroy (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html) is a good program for killing spyware. its a fairly simple program to run but if you need help PM me.
Good luck!
I don't know much about MalwareByte's but hey your computer your choice.

AVG had a lot of conflict with some of my other programs, and Avast does the same thing you mentioned rok.my.sox.
NightHawksr71, Spybot is good too, however spyware is usually a tracker or cookie-writer of some sort; those things can't hang up a computer, usually. Malware and adware, however, can clog up system memory and embed themselves in Windows programs.
Regardless, you should still have Spybot and Malwarebyte's. The virus program you use is mere preference.

Files are said to be in use when you try to delete them usually because they are being used by something. Sometimes WMP will lock your CDROM drive, Audio or Video files, sometimes Word will lock your .DOC files, etc.
If a program is running or has been running that was using a particular file, it will usually lock it. It does this so the file cannot be accidentally deleted or modified while it is being used or modified elsewhere.
Sometimes programs don't properly give up their access to a file. That can use that problem.
Usually rebooting will clear it up.
You can always use Unlocker (http://fileforum.betanews.com/detail/Unlocker/1115825635/1) to delete or move files that are in use. It will tell you exactly what is using the file, and allow you to terminate those processes so you can delete or move that file.
Check into it. It's very useful.
