Hi everyone I was just wondering that if its possible to actually have an orgasm but not ejaculate? Yes it is possibly to have an orgasm without ejaculating, its called an dry-orgasm. You might not be able to produce sperm yet and thats fine just give it some time.

An orgasm is when you have muscle spasms between the penis and the anus. Ejaculation is when the sperm leaves the penis. You do not need to ejacualte to have muscle spasms.

Orgams and ejaculations are different things as an ejaculation is usually the result of an orgasm (if a guy is physical able to ejaculate).
