i have some questions:

1. does a bigger penis make it harder to erect?

3. It might be hair, wash your belly button thoroughly and if it doesn't wash off, chances are it is hair

Hormone shots are for people that have yet to start puberty. You're penis will grow before you are 16. If you don't see any improvement by 17 then go to your doctor. Hormone shots will speed up the puberty process. That is the only side affect. It will activate the pituitary gland, which is the part of the body which causes changes in puberty, to work at a faster rate.

Umm, this doesn't even matter, I mean you're in puberty right?? If so, the doctor will NOT give you extra hormones. An imbalance of hormones cases bad things. Take for instance, diabetes. Ya. that has to do with hormones.
The answer to your question: YES. There are side effects. That's why doctors will do hormone injections when there is an extreme case. Not a little teenager wining about why he has a little bit of pubic hair and a small penis.
