Those rules are pretty standard. Especially if you are in a military based school. If not, its still pretty normal. Anyway, Those rules are made so that people can maximize their learning potential. The suspensions are a bit extreme to me too. But yeah, thats America. Rediulous.

And thats your opinion, in mine, thats a load of ********.
So in canada you:
Don't need too work hard
Have no homework
Yous your phone in school, and dont pay attention.
Your parents dont know your grades.
Also in my opinion, canada needs to get better laws, better school exceptions and actually make you pay attention.
Also, its spelled: RIDICULOUS

Sorry I was steamed and spelled something wrong, stop flamming me..
and I seriously don't think you say Canada needs better laws when you've probably never lived there. You still work hard in Canada.. the work isn't just overloaded..
Tell me those rules are RIDICULOUS..
My bad for double posting, and I don't hate the USA. People here are VERY nice and generous.. I just look at some of the governments ideas of realistic laws and shake my head in disgust..
But I DO NOT like Virginia all that much..

It's really hard adjusting to these new rules but I can try

Well, good for you for being able to recognize what's really the issue here: Adjustments are difficult, and it takes time to settle in and adapt to all the changes. And make new friends.
Someone who recognizes all this as you do will have no problem accomplishing this, however. Just relax, take it a day at a time, and be yourself. I'm sure you'll settle in just fine and make heaps of new friends.
