so sad

so yesterday morning on the news we heard about a fatal car crash not far away from where i live. the person who died was a 16 year old girl which was so sad to hear about. anyways, this morning we found out who it was and it turned out to be a girl who used to come to my church. although i didn't really know her that well, we have talked a few times and its just so sad. it was such a shock and i have to say i had a little cry about it. its just so sad when this happens and it must be terrible for her parents. at least the two other girls in the car who were all friends have survived and will be ok. but its just so so sad. rip :(

Death is always a hard thing with which to deal especially when it hits close to home. Even though you did not know this girl personally it is still normal to grieve over her death as she was someone from your area, and you both probably had mutual friends.

If you want to do something write a card to her parents. It can be long or short if you want, just expressing how you feel. I keep a lot of things bottled up but when it's something like dealing with death I can't. Death really isn't an easy thing to cope with, I'll never understand why innocent people die.
