so yeah I have been sick for a while now.... either not eating, or trying to throw up what I do eat. I want some tips on how to throw up and stuff..... tips on how to be a better bulimic..... is that crazy? idk please give me tips and or feedback on this!!!!

its hard to recover but it makes no sense whatsoever to help others on how to make urself puke, not eating a lot subconsiounceley and consiounceley making urself puke is different trust me
