I asked my friend to go out with me and she said yes. Now I'm not exactly sure what she will expect from me. I really have no idea, so I just want to know what I need to do.

do things with her, and only her. Not like you can't hang out with her and others sometimes but if shes your "girlfriend" you have to spend time with just her. Go places/talk. Looks like you didnt really think this through.

Going out is easy, just relax and be yourself. Remember that it means 'exclusive' so be very attentive. Mostly, though, it means you're a couple, you'll be doing things alot together, and the feelings will be stronger.

You might also want to discuss with your honey what she's expecting, so you'll know and be able to do it, too. Communication and openness is a big part of going out. Ask her what she wants from you, and talk about your needs also.
