When your penis is not in an erect position, then it is said that it is in a flacid position. It is actually quite common for one testicle to be a bit large than the other one and for one to hang lower than the other one. When you think about it when you are walking or engaged in some sort of physical activity it is better that the testicles are not perfectly aligned as that would cause them to rub against each other and cause pain. At least with the testicles being at different heights there is little danger of their hitting each other.

At 14 there is going to be few guys who are going to be hairy, and with your being a swimmer many guys are going to shave off all of their body hair anyway due to the belief in your sport that being smooth enhances one's performance. My point is that you are going to see guys who are much older than you who are perfectly smooth due to their shaving off their hair, and your being hairless on the swim team is hardly going to turn any head.

When you are in a locker room nearly every guy is so focuses on other things that they really don't notice things like boners. Even if you get a boner, then you will not be alone because the warm environment of a locker room along with sexual talk that often goes on in locker rooms will make it hard for most guys to stay soft. Just act natural if you get an erection, and in the unlikely event that someone does give you a hard time, then ask them why they were looking at your boner in the first place? Believe me, as long as you act as you do in your own shower at home, then you will be fine.

Long story short, you are perfectly fine, and you are a totally normal 14 year old. Have confidence in yourself as there is nothing wrong with you.

actually i remeasured my penis during an erection and its around 3 inches not 4. and wen my penis is relaxed its almost always 1 inch. sry wen i first posted i just estimated the size instead of actually measureing. and wen i have an erection its streght not up. do i have ED?

EDIT: and since my penis is only 1 in wen relaxed, it doesnt hang. and my dad went crazy wen he saw that my penis doesnt hang. so hes planning on sending me to the doctors. do u think this check-up is worth it? and also, im asian. since a lot of people say that asian penises r small, is that true. and does weight and lack of exercise slow down penis growth? just wondering. :P

No, ED means you cannot get hard. As long as it gets hard, you don't have ED. The angle is irrelevant.

when you say your penis doesn't 'hang' what does that mean? Gravity has the same effect on all penises. And what do you mean that your dad 'went crazy'? What did he see that freaked him out?

If he made the appt. witht he doctor, you should go, at elast you'll get everythig checked out, so both you and he will be reassurred you're OK, or find a fix if you're not.

There's no correlation b'twn penis stuff and race. We're all just about the same.

wat i mean is that it doesnt point down wen its relaxed. it just points forward since its so small. it points down at an angle at some points but never completely down.

no, no, no. All those 'enhancements' enhance is the producers bank accounts, there's nothing out there that can enlarge the penis permanently.

on the part where you've said your balls haven't dropped, that is impossible, your testicles descend ( or drop) once you are born, your testicles may be high or low depending on the temperature around you.the higher then temperature the lower the testicles hang to decrease the heat from your body temperature, opposite for lower temperature.
