If your nipple is swollen, then you might have a pretty common problems among guys in puberty called Gynecomastia. Gynecomastia is due to a hormonal imbalance, and it tends to go away as guys go through puberty. The following articles might be of use to you:

mine were like that, youre ok, it goes away in time, and ps, you wont get boobs

by the looks or reads(lol) of things you're going to be fine my friend was like that but it turned out that he had another nipple growing underneath his one but he got it fixed

It's just something that most boys have during puberty, i did have it one time but it went within a few weeks.

HOWEVER, it is a normal part of puberty. It will go away in a few months. Actually, it happened to me for a few months but it went away soon after, so I know what you are talkiogn about.
Just no that it is normal and it will go away soon.
