Ok so I have a cut penis but lately I have seen the foreskin growing a little bit every week up twords my head... is this normal? is it possible to go from cut to looking like UR uncut? I'm confused...:confused:

I think, I know what your'e talking about. I dont think it's your foreskin, maybe just your corona enlarging as your penis grows (guess)

In theory the skin that comprised the foreskin can regenerate soon after it is removed if the parents of the infant do not follow the post operative instructions. The result is that sometimes the skin will fuse the head to the shaft of the penis.
With all that being said, in your case it is highly unlikely, if not impossible, that your foreskin is regenerating at this stage in light of the many years that have passed from your circumcision. I agree with the post above that chances as a result of your overall growth due to puberty other parts of your penis are growing accordingly making it appear that a foreskin is regrowing. Basically, your skin is probably getting loose in anticipation of your penis getting bigger.

the remaining skin can stretch over time, which is the principle behind foreskin restoration.
