Yeah, you're a bit of a late bloomer. And Andy is right, not everyone has the same size. If your penis hasn't shown any type of growth by a few months, maybe 5 or 6 before your 18th birthday then I would go to your doctor/physician and talk about this.

You said you're a big guy, do you mean muscular or chubby, If you're chubby then that affects the size because there is fat tissue around your dick.
