Alright so, at the beginning of the head of my penis I have a sore spot I thought that it was normal and that it would get better, but, it hasn't. Today it was sore again and a little itchy, I decided I would see if I could see anything so I pulled back the skin and I'm not sure whether this was sperm or puss  but it was a yellowy color so I'm a bit worried.
I think it may be caused because I masturbate every so often and I think that, that is what caused it.
I find it a bit embarrassing to talk to my parents about it, and my doctor I'm not to comfortable around either.
Please tell me what you think I'm a bit freaked out about it :(
Also is it normal for the skin underneath the foreskin to be a bit wrinkly?

I remember reading about this on the forums a while ago, I believe it is just a build-up of bacteria.
Do you thorougly wash your penis on a regular basis? (Not just the outside, but also pull back your foreskin and clean it there also) That should make it go away, I think.

Keep it clean dont use soap to clean since that will irritate your penis, just use warm water in the shower and gently wash under your foreskin.
If it hasnt disapeered in a few weeks get it checked out

Well to start with it hasn't been caused by masturbating, otherwise we'd all have sore spots on our penis', wouldnt' we?
Do you mean that it's a spot and it's sore?
Or is it jsut that the head of your penis is sore?
Well for either the answer is to go to your doctor/GP. It's the safest and best option, if you just forget it and hope that it will go away it'll only make it worse.
It could be caused by you not cleaning under your foreskin.
That yellowy stuff under your foreskin is most likely not sperm.
I'm not very good at stuff like this, so the best thing to do is go to the doctor and have it checked out, please do it! All you have to say to your parents is, 'Can i make an appointment to see the doctor please?'
For more about stuff like this, after you've gone to the doc that is go here: www.coolnurse.com or wait untill IAMSAM answers this post. He's very good :-)
Please go to the doc if this problem persists.

Hmmmm....aggressive rubbing can cause the dreaded friction burn. This looks like a small red spot, and is extremely sensitive/painful, esp. given it's small size! If you can find it, put a little vaseline JELLY on it for a few days and it should go away.
If there's yellowy stuff, it can be 2 things: Either smegma, the build up of stuff uder there that needs to be washed away daily, or it's the stuff given off by some little infection.
If you don't clean regularly, that's a good place to start. If you do, then I'd bet it's the latter, a nasty of some kind, which is easily treated with some topical ointment. Tell your dad, he'll knwo what to do and how to get it for you.
Lastly, yes, the skin on your penis under the foreskin can be wrinkly, and a bit darker, too.

Hmmm well I do clean my penis regularly but I found the build up of yellowy-white on the one side. I can pull the foreskin completely back but I never cleaned into those areas...
I'm still not that comfortable showing my penis to my doctor though, I just find it a bit strange and I'm generally a shy person.
I think I might try to leave it to heal and FINGERS CROSSED it will.
Do you guys think I should still get it checked though?

You can try cleaning it daily, see if there's a small, red spot for the friction burn and put some vaseline jelly on it, and see if it all clears up in a couple of days. These things either improve or get worse.
If it doesn't improve, or gets worse, forget about the shyness, it's your penis, man! and tell your dad!

the yellowy substance is Smegma, or in other words penis cheese

Smegma? What a disgusting sounding word!
You have absoloutly nothing to worry about, just wash it off in the shower!
