why the hell do you want more body hair? do you want a carpet for a back or somthing..lol but theres nothing that i know of that can help you grow more body hair. i don't believe aloe vera would work, great for a sunburn, but bad for body hair.

There are 'hair stimulation' creams that you can buy to try and promote hair growth, but:
1) Not really meant for use by children
2) They're meant for use on the head
Anyway, you're only 14 at the moment, just be patient, let puberty take its course and you'll grow some more hair naturally.

Ugh....
I HATE BODY HAIR.
I'm fine with it under my armpits, but everywhere, it's just stupid...
I really don't know why you want some so badly.
If it's because of peers that have it, don't worry, some just grow it later.
I'm 15, and I'm just starting to grow some bellybutton hair, if you know what I mean...

some guys have it, some guys don't. theres nothing you can do to make it grow except wait and see what happens.

You cannot create body hair as you need androgen sensitive hair follicles to develop on your body in order for body hair to develop. At your age you are still probably too young to develop body hair, and there is always a chance that your genetics may not favour the development of a lot of body hair in your case. I would look at your father and/or older brothers to see if they are hairy. Chances are your development with mirror their growth, and you can always ask your father and/or older brothers when they first started to get hair.
Personally, body hair is really a pain, and just be thankful that you don't have to deal with it for now. Body hair is just one more body maintenance items with which you have to deal, and it is far easier to be hairless.
