Hey there, I'm Adam, though most call me U_N. I used to be on GovTeen a long time ago, but I only lasted three days before I got banned. Then I joined again about a month later and got banned again. 'Twas fun. Anyways, I'm sure you'll have a great time on VT. And P101 isn't always a death trap. I don't know why they say that. If you have advice to give that fits there, give it. If you need advice, seek it. Feel free to post wherever you want, there are no "restricted" areas on VT [technically speaking].
