you shouldnt feel quilty. I once heard that 95% of guys admit to jacking off and the other 5% lie about doing it. I'm sure thats a exageration but you get the point. its a natural thing guys do.

I try not doing it too much, but it ends up happening about 3 times a week.
Try not to worry too much, it's not that big of a deal, unless you really don't feel comfortable doing it.

Guilt is a rection to something that people feel they shouldn't be doing, it's remorse.

Many guys feel guilty b/c they masturbate primarily b/c no one ever gave them permission to do it, and since most people were raised to ask before doing something new, they feel guilty masturbating w/o permission. If you were fine with it before then something must have triggered off these feelings of guilt.

If this is happening every time and to the extent that you feel really bad about it (as opposed to feeling just a tad guilty) then you should stop. Masturbation is supposed to be something you enjoy doing, not something you feel dreadful about afterwards.

Because sexuality is often associate as being something negative in society it is understandable that you feel guilty after masturbating. I used to feel really guilty when I first masturbating, but once I realized that masturbating is completely normal and is not bad, then I quickly got over my feeling of guilt. As long as masturbating is not done in excess meaning that you are jacking off with all of your free time or rubbing yourself raw, then you are all right.

Nothing as such will have triggered it to happen, it's just something random which can happen to boys when they're about 12 - 15. Also nothing to worry about, it'll go away / stop happening after a bit.

i dont know why your guilty but i dought its from matrubating alot. i mastrubate about 3 times a day ive seen people on vt that matrubate like 12 times a day so i dought thats the problem.

It is possible that his feelings of guilt have been triggered by something. The fact that he didn't always feel this way suggests a trigger for the sudden change.

The act itself is nothing to feel guilty about it. If you feel you have to fantasize or watch bad things to masturbate, that isn't true. If you just concentrate on the feeling, then you have nothing to apologize to God for. It is all natural then and does not "violate" any commandments.
