how do you make a social group.

You need to be a member for 180 days and have 500 posts.

If I'm not mistaken there are prerequisites before you can create a social group.These being you must have been a member for at least 180 days and have at least 500 posts.

At the bottom of the Social group page there is a link that says Create Social Group.
