vt army like spesial ranks like ssg (staff sargent) the longer your a part of it the higher the rank so people who like vt can be in a cool type of army.

That won't be very fitting for this site as this isn't a military forum and we already have a system of ranks and faces to go with them.

You can just pretend that 250+ are Corprals, 0 - 50 privates, and so on.

It's a lot of work because it's not that easy to imoplement into the forum system.

Well no one is stopping you from putting army ranks in your signature but this won't become an offical thing. It does matter that it isn't a military forum because military ranks have no place on a teen advice forum.

VT is mainly here for psychiatric help teens who are having a hard time (depression, schizophrenia, ADD/ADHD, SH, etc...)
We want new members to feel at home
creating a ranking system is counter productive

I was just about to point that out. Plus wouldn't an army bring some what of a more hostile environment.
