The way to avoid having wet dreams is to masturbate. In your case you are just having trouble ejaculating semen consciously, and you need to be more relaxed and not focus on ejaculating when you masturbate. Like doing anything for the first couple of times it is going to take practice to ejaculate, but just be patient, and don't get frustrated. Once you ejaculate on your own, then wet dreams should not be as much of a problem.
