Ok so for the past few days I've been throwing up after I eat. The last time I did it was a few minutes ago. I don't like to feel full so I throw up till it goes away. I'm sorry guys and I should know better than this.

Bud, if this turns into a serious problem, you will regret starting it now and not squishing it when it is new and weak. One of the best things to do if you are concerned about this, is to get someone involved. Specifically, a close friend, sibling, or parent. They can kind of be your accountability partner to help you stay okay.

Also, as you said, you don't like to feel full, so simple, eat slow and less. Dont become anorexic, but just eat a little less so you dont get stuffed..

If you ever need to talk. I'm here.

I've been doing it for years, but usually I try and not eat at all but when I get to hungry i just eat and eat to much. Then, I just throw it up and start the process over again. I've stopped before but I've just started back and sometimes I don't feel guilty about it and others I just feel so bad.

Despite how long its been going on, it is important that you have a kind of accountability friend. No matter who it may be. Just, helping them help you. Because you know they care. I hope you're okay.

If you want to talk, I'm open.

Professor, we'd never be angry with you. Just concerned.

Since you don't want to be doing this, what are some things you can do instead, when you get that urge? And why do you want to do this in the first place? What's causing it?

There are a lot of things to do instead, maybe coming up with one of your truly excellent summaries of the many things that concern adolescents? You haven't done one of those for us in a while. Sometimes, helping others, doing something for someone else, gets you out of your own head long enough to feel better abnd gain some perspective. Maybe here, and in your life you can do that, find other outlets for your feelings that provide you with the satisfaction and control over things that you might not experience when you're by yourself.
