Hi! I'm almost 15, cut, and I've been masturbating for about 2-3 years. I'm nearly 6 inches erect. I masturbate 3-4 times a day and I have noticed some stretch marks right before the head, is this normal? Am I jacking off too hard?

Nah, can't be stretch marks on your penis. Typically, stretch marks come from either weight loss or gain, causing the tissue to stretch and contract, or heavy, consistent pressure on some part (like sitting), which causes the underlying fat and adipose tissue to 'wrinkle'. But your penis isn't exposed to either of these conditions.

I suspect what you're noticing is the normal texture of the corona (that area just under your circumcised penis head), which gets darker and more crinkly as you get older, regardless of masturbation frequency.
