its not the thoughts. its the actions of masturbation and the feeling from it. the catholic church condemns it because of the pleasure. its a thing thats 600 years old, back to the time of the calvin preachers. you shouldn't let your religion get in the way of anything that is normal for a teenage boy to do. but i won't give you any religious guidance. so you do what you feel is right.

The catholic church frowns upon masturbation (as well as contraception) because they believe that every sperm produced should have the chance to create life.

On topic:
Christans are split on this topic but catholics are against it while Christians baptists, presbytarian ect... Are all diffrent its strange
I think most Christians should read this, but I guess catholics are completely against it :/
"It is my opinion that masturbation is not much of an issues with God. It’s a normal part of adolescence, which involves no one else. It does not cause disease, it does not produce babies, and Jesus did not mention it in the Bible. I’m not telling you to masturbate, and I hope you won’t feel the need for it. The best thing I can do is suggest that you talk to God personally about this matter and decide what He wants you to do."

It does not cause disease, it does not produce babies, and Jesus did not mention it in the Bible.
The catholic religion states that all sperm should have the chance to produce children. God has a plan for everyone before they are even conceived and so anything which results in the release of sperm but prevents a life being created is seen to interfere with His plan. Therefore, it is against the catholic religion to masturbate and use contraception.

I'm not a catholic but I'm a nondenominational Christian. meaning if the bible doesn't say it's bad it's not. That's just my opinion. And that's just what it is, opinion. I guess you could ask your priest if you want.
p.s. I've never seen anything in the bible about it.

I personally think that it is fine because god gave you the urge of horny-ness (if that's an urge) and it would be bad if you had pre-marital sex right? So your only choice is masturbation.

Well, FWIW, everyone masturbates regardless of their religion, so whatever nasty threats any particular religion might use to save each and every sperm from the dreaded toilet paper death doesn't seem to work.
That's b/c masturbation comes form a biological urge, our sexual drive. It's hard wired into us, and turning it off would be impossible, it would be like not sweating on a hot day, or blinking, or thirsting. You really cannot do it, nor should you try. Like all the other urges, sexuality is there for a reason, you shouldn't try to change (or stop) it. It can cause problems later on when you want it! The task is to control it, and not have it interfere with your other responsibilities.
Our understanding of how the human body works has changed and evolved over the centuries as science has advanced and replaced myth as an explanation for behavior and the imperative (threat?) to control it.
You can be a good person, religious even, and still not attempt to do the unreasonable like not masturbating or feeling like the sexual being you are. Rather, try to remember that spirituality/religion isn't a rigid set of guidelines and rules of what you cannot do, it's not just a punishment, but rather a calling on how you should live your life and treat all the other critters (human and otherwise) on this fair planet of ours. Religion is a calling, it's a committment to a Higher Power that goes beyond what you do with your natural urges in private.
You have to make your own decisions about these things, of course, but try to rmemebr two things: You cannot really control your biology, and 2) Most people of true faith will tell you that Faith is concerned with actions that concern others already here.

But if God wanted to save a certain sperm he could! :P

I belive shooting is under the "Thou shalt not kill" same with kittens :P but masterbation is something the Bible doesnt condemn or agree with ask God what he wants you to do, it may vary from person to person because some people may only be able to masterbate with porn which is a sin but if you do it or without lust without its not a sin, married men/women are allowed to masterbate if they're thinking of their spouse thats not lust its love since they are already married. For example if a husband were on a buisness trip and the wife wanted intercorse and the husband was not their she could masterbate while thinking of him- thats NOT a sin!
And dont pull the that guy in the bible that dropped his seed and got struck down by God, He got struck down not because he was masterbating but because he decided not to make that women pregnant so he dropped his "seed" on the ground so God was angry and killed him.
More information ect...

So I realy dont see why [besides the sperm which I awnserd above] the catholic church is against it....

The fact that we have biological urges to have sex and masturbate does not mean that we lose all control to them. Believe it or not, we have more control over ourselves than these urges. The decision that each of us must make is whether we want to masturbate or not based on our religion and personal views. There is not a universal answer as to whether it is something that we should do.
And dont pull the that guy in the bible that dropped his seed and got struck down by God, He got struck down not because he was masterbating but because he decided not to make that women pregnant so he dropped his "seed" on the ground so God was angry and killed him.
That would be because he chose not to give those sperm the chance to create life.
By masturbation is to be understood the deliberate stimulation of the genital organs in order to derive sexual pleasure. ‘Both the Magisterium of the Church, in the course of a constant tradition, and the moral sense of the faithful have been in no doubt and have firmly maintained that masturbation is an intrinsically and gravely disordered action.’ ‘The deliberate use of the sexual faculty, for whatever reason, outside of marriage is essentially contrary to its purpose.’ For here sexual pleasure is sought outside of ‘the sexual relationship which is demanded by the moral order and in which the total meaning of mutual self-giving and human procreation in the context of true love is achieved.’” (CCC 2352) From this site http://www.shrinesf.org/faith.htm
Regardless of people's personal opinions on this topic, it is clearly stated that the Catholic Church doesn't agree with it. It is "contrary to its purpose" because procreation is the purpose of the reproductive organs and it is preventing this.

All monotheistic religions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam, etc.) consider masturbation as a sin, not only Catholics and if you are religious I don't recommend you to talk about it with your priest or family unless you like speeches about Hell.

There are different denominations in these religions and they all differ from each other in their beliefs. They belong to the same religion and so share a lot of the founding beliefs, but they differ in respect to some of the details. A Catholic Christian doesn't believe in completely the same things as a Methodist or Evangelical. Shia and Sunni Muslims also differ in beliefs.
