I don't think I'm gay. I'm starting to really lose interest in guys and gain more interest in girls. It seems like I force my self to masturbate thinking of guys but my mind goes back to girls. It's weird because about a week ago I would have proudly said I was gay but now it's like I'm not. I know you guys are probably going to say that maybe my hormones are dieing down, or that I'm might be bi. But the thing is I don't think it was either. I think I was just confused and now that I'm thinking straightly I'm not gay. It's kind of a disappointment because I was starting to like the idea of being gay but now I wouldn't mind being straight. So what do you guys think?

Maybe it was just confusion [maybe caused by hormones] and you thought you were gay so you kind of forced it on yourself.

Aside from that, Professor, I think you're very wise to be open minded and willing to accept new feelings and stuff you have about yourself, even if it means changing your self perceptions. You're very aware.

Also, I think that is totally great for you. If you feel like you are straight then so be it. I mean it is better to be more certain of one thing or another. So great for you, and you can always consider yourself Bi. if you start remaining attracted to guys.

No matter if you're gay or striaght, I am happy you are hopefully ending the struggle that most of us face with our sexuality. You're a prime example of why people should wait till they grow up to decide their sexuality.
