Okay so i was Skateboarding for at least 6 hours (5-5.2 miles) and I Think i pulled my Groin Musucle. it hurts to move my leg. Any Suggestions? Medicine Etc.

This should really VT General Hospital, that's where the experts will be, anyway though, here's my advice, rest you leg for a bit and try giving it a massage, the last thing your leg muscle wants is strenuous excercise so no skateboarding till your leg is better O.K? Lmao i felt like a doctor there.

No no no. Not a good idea. Ok so first off strecth your leg, do be careful though. Then use something like icey hot and rest your leg. If it continues tell a physician.

I agree with Greg that you shouldn't take pain pills. At your age you shouldn't be taking them.
Just try to stretch your leg a bit and but something like icey hot on it. If it continues then go to your doctor.

There really isn't anything wrong with a little ibuprofen, but you should stretch and ice it for a couple days. After a day or two you can apply heat, too, if you'd like.

I would definitely rest your leg for the next couple of days and avoid any excessive physical activity. You should take some over-the-counter medications like tylenol, advil, bayer, ecotrin, or their generic equivalents. Chances are you just overdid some physical activity, and you simply need rest and nothing more. Clearly, if things get worse or if your pain does not get better over the course of the week, then seek medical attention.

When injured, ibuprofen (Advil) is better to take than acetaminophen (Tylenol) because it's an anti-inflammatory.

take an advil and strech it out i did the splits (by accedent) while skateboarding and i just streched it out and it was all good so try that

Pain is the body's way of telling you it's hurt, that it's been damaged. The more serious/significant the pain, the more serious/significant the injury.
If you're in pain, you do NOT want to 'stretch' whatever part is hurting, as that can add to the damage! What you want to do is stay off it for a while, do the OPPOSITE, give it time to heal. Ice packs or heat packs (depending on the injury), as well as OTC anti inflammatory meds (Tylenol, Aleve, Motrin) are all Ok with your parents permission.
Also, just as an FYI, when it comes to 'medical' or 'body' questions, accuracy is especially important, so it's a good idea to respond to these posts based on some factual knowledge/experience, as the stakes are obviously higher.

I did respond based on experience. I've had strains and the athletic trainer said stretch, ice, and ibuprofen. Guess what, I got better very rapidly and continued my season.
