There are many ways that you can stop and help yourself.
The first step you have already achieved. You identified that you have a problem.
The next step is vocalizing to your parents and friends that oyu have a problem. If they care about you and you tell them you have a problem, I am sure that they will help you recover. It may be just watching you closely or just taking all of the beer you have acess to away. Either way you need to tell them. Your parents may be able to enroll you in some type of AA class too.
After, you need to stay away from all alcohol. Don't stare, don't want. If you see some just keep doign what you are doing.
If you get an urge then you need to ignore it and go do something that can get your mind off of it.
The last step is believing in yourself. If you can believe in yourself that you will be able to recover then you will be able to recover hopefully soon.
Hope this helped, good luck :D

This might sound overly simplistic, but if you don't want to drink, just don't drink. Show some will power, exert a little self control and self discipline, and don't drink. Reach for the Perrier or San Pellegrino instead!
Drinking for you has become a habit, a behavioral imperative, and you have control over that. You do it now b/c it's automatic and you donl't give it much thought. If you start thinking about it, if you're aware of it and your desire to not do it, you won't. Just don't do it.
And tell your uncle to quit offering it.

............umm...
Well, I am trying to help you. You said you have an "addiction" and to break this "addiction" you can't just "drink a lot less" you have to stop.
If you feel that I am trying to "get on your bad side" then I will stop giving you advice.
