Ok Noor and her mother love this show. But apparently its very conflicting, as in the parents are exploiting the children who are I think 6 of them are 4 and the other two are 7 or 8. Like at the beginning of the series both the parents were working, then it just became the father. Now they both are living off of the money from the show about their children. How do you think the kids will react when they are older and find out about them being treated like they are on TV?

I like the show but I do think they're just trying to make money off of it all. It depends on what the children think in the end of it all. When the series ends then they'll probably ask "Why did we do a TV show?" then the parents will explain and they all will have different opinions I think.

This is a week old, but here is how I feel about it:
Their parents aren't exploiting the children. They didn't go out and look for a t.v. show, it was offered. At the beginning of the series both of them were working, that is a fact. Kate was working only on Saturdays, when John was home to watch the kids. The only reason Kate stopped working was because it was getting too hectic, and do you think you could handle 6 3 year olds all day by yourself? They aren't living off the money from their show. Sure, it does help with expenses, and a lot of companies offer them free products, but they aren't living off the money. Jon works still. He makes good money. They aren't just sitting around all day. Being treated like they are on t.v.? The children know they are on t.v. The cameras aren't hidden around the house. The kids know and love the crew, you often see them playing with them and talking. They watch episodes of the show at bedtime also. Mady and Cara obviously know that they are on t.v. In my eyes, they aren't exploiting.
