Sex isn't a toy you play around with.
You shouldn't be playing with it like it's a game that happens to feel really good.
If you mess up once, you could get AIDS, Herpes, crabs, anything. And guess what? Some are life long diseases. No cure. Aids kills you. Herpes makes it irresponsible to have any sex because you could pass it on. Crabs are ANNOYING.
You could get a girl pregnant.
Can you get a job that pays for a baby growing up?
Can you pay bills and buy food for your soon to be family?

If you don't love a girl enough to be with her and raise a baby with her than you shouldn't be having any type of sex with her. And if you do love her enough to have a baby with her, then she shouldn't care about your penis size.

2.) I also highly doubt that your friends have 7 inchers on them.
3.) Having sex at random is not a good path.

Actually puberty generally finishes around 19-21, not 16-19. The average adult sized penis is 5" and bigger.
