The simple answer is to wait until you get some.
Everyone grows stuff in at different times in puberty and unless you have some type of issue with not growing hair you should get some before puberty is over :D

Puberty is like motor racing, you all start at a certain point, it's just you get to the finish at different times.

The most important thing that you need to remember is not to compare apples with oranges as you and your friends are no doubt different especially when it comes to genetics. While it can be hard to watch your mates suddenly become more physically mature than you the fact remains that you are just as masculine than they are irregardless of your outward characteristics. Body hair is a pain, anyway, and having things like underarm hair is just another thing with which you have to deal. Don't worry about how you look as you will no doubt catch up with your friends sooner rather than later.

It isn't all that glamerous, I have alot and its quite hard to put deoderant on.

I got it when I was 11 and some of my friends didn't get any until they were like 16. Everyone is different, so don't compare yourself too much to your friends. You will get some eventually.

I guarantee you your pitts will get hairy-just be patient. I'm 16 and I think mine are too hairy so I keep them trimmed.
