i`ve had stress ever sence the 7th when i watched my uncle died it`s like some one makes me just 1% mad and i flip out and that get`s me in trouble and that stresses me even more. please help.

Stress ball time! No, try talking to a professional or you can look up exercises and things to do to lower your stress.

i'm not quite sure what he was talking about either.
Anyways, i'm a bit angry too. exersize does help a LOT. if you know you're going to have a stressful day, or you are starting to loose it, go out and get your heart rate up! :) it helps so much. Not sure why though [if anyone know....?]
Getting a grip on the flipping out can help too. Don't yell when you're upset at some one/thing. just stay quiet and breath.

If you can date the change to a specific event, like a death, then it's possible your anger reaction is actually related to that event, to the feelings that were created and never addressed/expressed/processed/dealt with.
The fix would be to address them now, to understand and express them and get them out. You can do this by yourself, you can talk with other caring people, or you can see a counselor/therapist.
Exercise can 'help', but it cannot 'cure' what ails you here. Dealing with the cause of the anger (which might actually be sadness and a deeper sense of loss) is the way to go.
