im not sure if this is a mental crisis but im just feeling really stressed ecently, i have my GCSE exams this year and im really worried, i realise alot of people have to face these, but can anyone offer any tips for coping with exam stress?

The best way to deal with exam anxiety is to be prepared. Spend time reviewing and studying so your confidence is up. Confidence is the antidote to anxiety (esp. performance anxiety), so whatever you can do to address (and improve) your preparedness is a good thing.
