What is the proper method to shaving downyonder?

Um, trim it and blaze it? I would be careful, use shaving cream, and have lotion as a follow up. Cause it will be itchy and uncomfortable.

Cut the hair down using some scissors
It's always advised to shave downwards (the direct of growth) and use ladies shaving cream
Put some lotion on afterwards
