My friend and I experimented together just recently and he wanted to do it again the next day, I didn't want to but did anyway. Now he wants to do it a third time but i think it wouldn't be wise. How do I tell him?

Just say 'No I don't really feel like it.'
Never do anything you aren't comfortable with.

All you have to do is tell your friend that you don't feel comfortable doing anything physical with him and that you would prefer that he does not bring up the subject again unless you indicate your willingness to do something along those lines with him.
Be careful with experimenting as it is clear that you did not enjoy it very much whereas your friend seemed to really have a good time. The danger with experimenting is it releases powerful emotions that are difficult to contain and on occasions one person may develop feelings for the other person which may not be mutual. Experimenting is the quickest way to make things awkward between two friends.
If you still want to be friends with this guy, then be honest about your feelings about what you had done and how you don't feel that it is appropropriate for your two to do anything like that again. If your friend is truly a friend, then he will respect your decision and move on.

just say no. but id love to be in your situation right now. if its awkward then stop doing it. if you don't want to do it anymore then you don't have to. if hes truely your friend he'll respect that.
