It is quite small for your age. The average size for a grown man is 6 inches, so considering your 18 it is a bit. But are you fully developed? YOu could of been a late bloomer, meaning that you started puberty a bit later than is the norm. If so then your penis size would make sense.
But at 18 you haven't stopped developing anyway, normally your penis stops growing in length and then grows outward (girth) by the time your 18, but if your a late bloomer then...
Even if you have developed, having a small penis isn't the end of the world. If a girl (or boy???) complains to you that it's too small, you shouldn't be with them. But i don't think hardly any girls are that shallow.
So don't worry about it. :-)

Please don't type in all capital letters...it is against the rules.

Anywho, you may be a little smaller than average, but it's not really anything to worry about. Normal is considered 5 to 7 inches, so you are below average for a normal adult male, however you could have started puberty late and maybe your penis just hasn't grown yet.

WHOA! "About" 4.5" is really OK, depending on how it's measured, and how far along you are in puberty (which is only somewhat correlated with age), is within normal limits.

I think many guys worry needlessly about size, this insecurity thing isn't based on what girls look for, as any girl worth having cares more about the person that the penis is attached to.

As long as it can get in there, it will work fine, and feel just as good as a really big one. Better you should work on those qualities that girls really are attracted to.

yes, i agree with everyone on this. you might be a late bloomer and your not fully developed yet, as 4.5 inches is rather on the smaller side for an adult male. and please don't write in all capital letters.
