It would be private, so we really don't know if there is one or not, and unless an admin confirms it, we will never know for sure.

Anyways, yes there are private forums. You actually have to be a staff to see them.

There's already a private forum for administrators and global moderators to discuss things about the site. We already have this implemented but thanks for the suggestion.
