Not necessarily. It depends on the person adn their culture but compared to the surface area of the vaginal area to the surface area of the male genital area I would say that guys would usually have more but that is not the case all of the time.

I doubt that someone has done an average pubic hair lengths for guys and girls, but you never know!
It depends as, John said, on your parents and culture than anything. They say that asians and other eastern people are hairier than westerners.
I don't know if that's true though.

Hmmm.....I think hairiness of any type is determined by genetics. So, there are guys who might we really hairy, and some who aren't. Likewise with girls.

Typically, pubic hair distribution is very similiar for guys and girls, it basically covers the same areas. The differences are more from peson to person,m rather than from guy to girl. Girls often seem like they might have more hair b/c they don't have the penis coming out of the middle! Likewise, I've never heard that there are cultural differences, although if you've got lighter pubes it might seem like there are less than if they're dark.

An interesting FYI is that pubic hair is a visual signal of sexual maturity, it's like the peacock's plume, as it's used as a sexual attractant!

some guys get lots of ahir, some dont.
same with girls.
i dont generally think its a gender thing.
i think it has to do with you body and also what background you are.

Just a note. Culture does not determine ANYTHING about a person biologically. Culture defines a set of beliefs and behavior. Culture is learned, not something you're born with, and includes things such as language, gender roles, behavior that is or is not appropriate in certain social situations, etc. I realize you simply used the wrong term, and probably meant something like "ethnicity" or "heritage", but I wanted to make sure no one got confused.

I think it has to be with genetics but for the most part guys are hairier and have more pubes.
