Well you do have a penis so um yes you will be able to masturbate. Look circumsizion is a precedure to remove the foreskin from the penis its not a procedure to take away the ability to ejaculate.

Ok, I'm not really understanding your question, could you possibly restate it? What you are saying makes no sense, be cause you have to masturbate or be stimulated to have an ejaculation. Have you ever masturbated? How do you know you still can't cum?

Both circumcised and uncircumcised men can masturbate. There is no reason they cannot. They just may use different techniques, because one has more mobile skin than the other.

And yes circumcised men can masturbate and ejaculate. Almost every man masturbates, whether they are circumcised or not. I don't have any problem and I'm cut.

OK, people that are circumsized can still masturbate and ejaculate. I believe people without a foreskin can shoot earlier in age because their is nothing making them dribble.

The plumbing for cut and uncut guys are exactly the same, and everything an uncut guy can do sexually a cut guy can do so as well. In short, a circumsized guy can definitely masturbate and ejaculate without any problem.
