i have stretchmarks on the outsides of my thighs.
what does this mean?

It just means that the muscles inside your legs are growing too fast for your skin to strech thus you get strech marks.

Yeah, it means the muscle or fat in your leg is growing to fast for your skin to grow slowly, so it grows fast [stretches] and causes bleeding under the skin [I think?]

It causes a bit of bleeding. But the main thing is that it causes scarring. Don't worry though! They *Should* fade in time.
Essentially, your skin rips, creating a stretch mark.

I have never heard of this bleeding and I have them and i have never bled...
Whatever umm yeah they are created by your skin stretching until the point where it kinda tears but not in a painful way. You can apply lotion or cocoa butter lotion to reduce the skin from new scars being created.

Stretch marks are when muscle or fat are growing faster than the skin can. So, essentially, the skin cant hold the mass. So it strecthes.
