Tampon help!!!!

I started my period today and i have crew try outs tomorrow which involves swimming and running so i have to wear a tampon
i tried on the tampax sport and i cldnt get it in all the way
so i tried the pearl
i finally got it in right but i CANT GET IT OUT!!!
plz help
i got it close to the opening but now it wont budge and its rllllyyy uncomfortable

Have you got hold of the string and used that to try to get it out? Sometimes it's a bit tricky finding the string once you have been wearing it.
If you really can't get it out after all this time then you have to get someone else or a doctor to help.

Pulling on the string is the best option, which you should leave hanging after inserting the tampon.
If the string has come off then try gripping it with your thumb and index finger.
If that's too hard, then try to contract the walls of your vagina, to push it out. To know which muscles to use, try to stop yourself when you're peeing. Then just push instead of pulling (stopping) the tampon will come out eventually.
If you cannot do either, than you'll have to see a doctor ASAP about getting it taken out.
