I know a lot of threads have been made about urinals and peeking but I think I should just bring up a new topic because I don't know what to do.
My problem is, its becoming a hobby for me to walk into a restroom, pretend to use a urinal and peek at the guy next or the urinal after the next.
At first I thought, everybody peeks for a second or so then that's it, but I end up staying hours.
This really became a problem when my family went on vacation to Vegas. I went into the casino bathroom and I ended up staying there for 5 hours. I would just wait in the bathroom, and when a guy came in, I would go to the urinal and pretend to use it.
I need advice as to what should I do. Because I know this isn't normal. I would tell myself I'm going to leave after a few minutes because this is really stupid to do and its an invasion of these guy's privacy, but I just end up staying in the bathroom just curious as to peeking at other guys in the urinal.
I just want help or just an answer as to what to do. Thanks. :)

I think this is something that's gonna call for a lot of self control. I know it might be hard to stop from peeking but why don't you try to just leave the bathroom every time you see that someone is in there. This is gonna be hard but you got to try and either distract yourself or force yourself out of the bathroom.

I agree. Simply control yourself to the point where you don't do that. I for one has noticed how much self-control I have when things happen that I have been wanting to happen for the longest. I think you just need to talk to yourself and say "This is not right and I need to get out of here because this is not right and it could end up bad."
I hope you find the power from deep inside to curve this 'addiction'.
Good luck :D

All you need to do is actually control yourself. You know that this isn't normal or particularly healthy so just exercise some self control.

Fezzie? Five hours in a restroom? This isn't mere curiosity anymore.
Do not go into public restrooms. Stay away from them. If you cannot control the urge to go in, get yourself to some professional who can talk with you about it and help you understand and control whatever it is that's so irrestiible here.
Besides, lurking in a restroom might very well get you arrested.

Well, the reason I never use urinals is because people like you... That so far I thought they were just part of my crazy paranoid mind but now I see I was wrong, well... like everyone said it's about self control, all you need is to fight this habit/addiction/obsession whatever you would like to call it even if it's hard, like IAMSAM said you can even get arrested which certainly doesn't worth it.

i would say this is ODC if u do some research on it u can see what i mean.
BTW ODC makes u do things over and over again and doesn't allow u to move onto ur next action untill u do it a certain amount of times.
There is different types of ODC so try to fine one like that one

No, its most certainly not OCD. Behaviors like this do not specify OCD. He just is curious thats all. Yeah like everyone said before just learn some self control.

I agree.
5 hours is near the point of unbelievable
The best thing to do is stay away from public restrooms, or get professional help.

Ocd does not make you want to peep out your neighbors dick.

OCD is an anxiety disorder. By not carrying out the compulsive actions the sufferer experiences anxiety and distress and so they feel that they have to do it. This is not the case here.

Five hours seems a bit more than curiosity. Stop this habit before something bad happens to you.
Try not using public restrooms, and if you have to, focus on yourself. Just look at the top of the urinal and, before you know it, your out!

It is not OCD.
OCD is a totally different condition based on anxiety and compulsions.
All he needs to do here is just stop. PLain and simple before he gets punched by someone.

Yes, very much so.
If you find someone hanging around the bathroom looking at other peoples penises, they could get arrested easily

Yes, it true. You can get arrested. But about 75% of the time, you dont get caught. About 50% of the time, they ignore it. the other fifty, they dont, and they either call the cops or they make fun of you.

Yes you can it's sorta like watching someone undress without them knowing. Sorta like a peeping tom in the urinals.

Yes, Fezzie, if you lurk around a urinal for 5 hours, you can get arrested. It's called voyeurism ("peeping"), and it's illegal. And, depending where you are and who you're peeping at, it could also be endangering the welfare of a minor.
Bathrooms are for getting rid of waste, not satisfying your curiosity. Hanging around one for hours at a time really almost guarantees that at some point you'll get caught, someone will complain. It's a bathroom, people are really sensitive about these things, you know, so it's really pretty inevitable that at some point you'll get caught.
If you cannot control yourself, get to a therapist.

my advice is avoid putting yourself in those situations from the start. Go in the toilet and go then wash your hands and go straight back out again. Self control...
